This app doesnt work. Flat out. Do not download and waste your time.

Since the iOS9 release, this app is unusable due to constant crashes on start up. Please fix this immediately.

Could not sign in and no option for options.

Got this to replace the FB Messenger and works perfectly

Sometimes it opens and immediately crashes. Sometimes it runs until I hit a post that has a lot of gifs. Sometimes it crashes for no discernible reason!!!! Thanks for the broken update, Tumblr! Coding skills are top notch as always.

Been tryout out other jabber/xmpp apps and this just works.

Love the app, but it hasnt been stable for quite some time and is unusable. Im have a paid lifetime subscription, so Im very disappointed I cannot use it on my iPhone or iPad. Especially frustrating because the notifications do work, and I see the IMs, I just cant open the app and respond!!!

It does work but often closes out at random.

Integrates with other platforms well enough.

Have Trillian on iPhone and computer Im never out of touch to those that need me, or those Im needing. Took a moment to set up, but works well once done.

The only reason I downloaded this was hoping to have msn messenger back after so long. Youre list stated that it supported msn also but theres no choice in the account settings besides yahoo, aim, and so forth. Instantly deleted.

Use on my iPad Air 2 to stay in touch with coworkers when away from my PC. Works great and never crashes. Wish list would include the ability to delete msgs and change alert sounds.

Of all the messaging apps Trillian is the worst. Much clunkier than Skype (my personal favorite so far). Not particularly intuitive. Lacks so many features that should be included that I really wonder why anyone would bother with it.

But Im not going to become a paying user until updates start coming out more often.

Ive used Trillian since 2000 or 2001 on my PC, later on my Mac, and finally on my iPhone and iPad. I wish they updated it a little more often and it was faster but it is THE BEST available IM app.

I find this app to be very stable. I run it in the background on weekdays in case I get a work-related message while Im away from my office. I have never had a problem- never glitchy. Its incredibly simple and easy to use. No-frills to over complicate it.

WHAT is wrong with you?! Your updates make using AIM more and more clunky. Already there was no alert of new messages while inside one message, not even a number (VERY inefficient!), then you took away the swipe between messages, and now youre blending buddylists into one big list?! Sometimes I need to message someone from one account, and sometimes from another account. You dont make it obvious which account Im IMing from within the chat window so WHAT THE HECK!! The fact that it still shows the names as the other persons aim sn when you switch from app to computer is horrible. (Ex: my sn is abc123, Im chatting on the app with cde345 and when I switch to the computer it lists all sent/received as cde345). And it shouldnt blend the logs, either. I should be able to distinguish which aim sn I was chatting with them from, and not just by my Trillian name. This was a great cross platform app, I loved it, but you need to work on flaws before unleashing a monster update thats much more frustrating to use. Its just gotten worse and worse with each update and doesnt feel worth it to continue to support yearly, or to recommend to new users. Please, please, please fix these issues!!

Sometimes, I can manage to send one message before it crashes. Terrible stability.
